Neo 200 is the largest residential building on the western edge of Melbourne’s central business district. With 180 degree views, the tower is designed to accommodate emerging demographic trends for smaller apartments located close to services and amenities.

With business centres, restaurants and serviced apartments, the building’s users will enjoy the immediacy of the link between the central city and new Docklands precincts. Six parking levels above ground are ‘camouflaged’ by a system of highly textured ‘off-form’ precast panels that wrap the building to its top. The robust appearance of the tower, combined with the energetic treatment of the ground level retail and entry spaces, provides a strong street presence at the edge of the city grid.
