Sapphire is currently going through the design and implementation of Epicor Software through Epicor’s business partner in Australia Cogita as the solution to manage our business into the future. Sapphire has been running on the same business software fro 25 years as we could find nothing that could handle our complex requirements for managing our finishing and distribution operations as a manufacturing solution. In Epicor Sapphire believes it has found a solution that will allow us to serve and interact with our clients with up to date and more detailed information.
We anticipate going live with our new business system in July/August this year, and will update our customers as we get closer to this date.
