Set to open in April 2014, La Trobe Melbourne provides an alternative entry pathway into this University for international and domestic students, ensuring that they are able to learn and enjoy student life in a state-of-the-art environment at the heart of the La Trobe University Melbourne campus.’

The five-star sustainable design by award winning Lyons architects is flexible, aimed at delivering an educational asset that can be adapted to many different teachings and learning needs.

Set over five levels, the building will draw on moat water for non-potable water use. It is anticipated that only 20% of the building’s water needs will be drawn from taps. There will also be a roof-harvesting system.
